1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons superfine sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Chill metal bowl and whisk attachment in refrigerator for 15 minutes. Pour cream into bowl.
  2. Beat heavy cream with an electric mixer until foamy. Gradually add sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to beat until stiff peaks form. Lift your beater or whisk straight up: the whipped cream will form sharp peaks.
