Dutch Oven Apple Crisp

Original recipe makes 1 quart crisp

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups Macintosh apples – peeled, cored and quartered
2 cups rolled oats
2 cups packed brown sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup milk

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Combine apples and brown sugar in a large Dutch oven.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes.
  4. Combine milk, flour, and oats. Pour mixture over apples and brown sugar.
  5. Bake for 1 hour. Serve.
