Au Gratin Potatoes on the Grill

Simple and delicious au gratin potatoes on the grill.

8 small red potatoes, cubed
1/4 cup bread crumbs
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 pinch seasoned salt, or to taste
ground black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat grill for medium heat. Spray a 24-inch piece of aluminum foil with cooking spray.
  2. Place potatoes on the prepared piece of aluminum foil; spray with cooking spray.
  3. Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, seasoned salt, and pepper together in a bowl; sprinkle over potatoes. Fold aluminum foil over potato mixture and seal edges together.
  4. Cook on the grill until potatoes are tender, 20 to 30 minutes.
