A very simple but hearty white bread for the bread machine.
Original recipe makes 1 – 1 pound loaf

1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
2 cups bread flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 tablespoon dry milk powder
1 tablespoon butter, softened
3/4 cup water

Directions
- Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select Medium cycle; press Start. When done, remove bread from pan and let cool on a wire rack.
