Birdkitty’s Peanut Butter Icing

This recipe is a brownie’s best friend! Also great on angel food cake or cupcakes.

Original recipe makes 24 servings

Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter, softened
3/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (16 ounce) package confectioners’ sugar

Directions

  1. Beat butter and peanut butter together in a bowl using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy; stir in milk and vanilla extract. Slowly beat confectioners’ sugar into mixture until icing is fully mixed and thick. Store icing in the refrigerator.
