Original recipe makes 1 – 2 pound loaf

2 tablespoons powdered buttermilk
2 1/3 cups bread flour
1 cup rye flour
1/3 cup dry potato flakes
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
1 teaspoon caraway seed
