Callie’s Mock Frozen Yogurt

An adaptation I made on a similar, although more bitter recipe I found. This recipe is great for people on a diet, or just those who have a sweet-tooth but don’t want to ruin their waistlines.

Original recipe makes 2 servings


3/4 cup vanilla sugar-free yogurt
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
8 frozen strawberries

  1. Place the yogurt, blueberries, and strawberries into a blender or food processor. Cover, and puree until smooth. Serve immediately.
