Yum Yum Yum!! This is my mom’s recipe, and it’s the BEST!!! Fantastic on brownies!
Original recipe makes 1 frosting for 1 cake
Ingredients
2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened baking chocolate
1/2 cup butter
6 tablespoons milk
3 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine chocolate, butter and milk. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and beat in confectioners’ sugar, salt and vanilla. Beat until smooth, adjusting consistency with milk or sugar, if necessary.
