A yeasted cornbread that can be made in a bread machine. Tasty with jam, but we love it with a spicy bowl of chili!
Original recipe makes 1 – 1 1/2 pound loaf

1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3/4 cup cornmeal
3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons instant yeast
