Easy Grilled Spicy Shrimp

I am not a big shrimp fan! Not sure why, but it’s true. However, my new easy grilled spicy shrimp has been a summer favorite and so easy with all of the entertaining we do at the lake house!

Original recipe makes 4 servings

Ingredients

1 pound peeled and deveined shrimp
1/4 cup Sriracha chile sauce
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Directions

  1. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  2. Put shrimp in a large bowl; add chile sauce, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and cumin and toss to coat.
  3. Place shrimp onto the preheated grill using large tongs and cook until they are bright pink on the outside and the meat is no longer transparent in the center, 3 to 4 minutes.
