Four Cheese Corn Dip

This Four Cheese Corn Dip is sure to be a favorite at any picnic, potluck, or tailgate party! Keep it in an insulated carrier to ensure hot dip on the spot.

Ingredients

1 (4 ounce) package Idahoan® Four Cheese Flavored Mashed Potatoes
1/2 cup prepared chicken gravy
1 (8 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, reserving half for the topping
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Tortilla chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Prepare Idahoan Four Cheese Mashed Potatoes with 1 1/2 cups boiling water and prepared chicken gravy.
  3. Fold in corn and half of the shredded cheese.
  4. Place in buttered baking dish, top with remaining cheddar cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
  5. Bake until cheese turns bubbly and golden brown. Serve with tortilla chips.
