Fresh Fruit Minty Dip

This is a wonderful and light dressing-dip to dress up some fresh cut fruit and berries. Perfect when you want sneak in some extra nutrition to an already perfect food (fruit).

Original recipe makes 2 cups

Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/3 cup confectioners’ sugar
12 fresh mint leaves, chopped

Directions

  1. Stir the yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon together in a bowl. Add the confectioners’ sugar and mix. Fold the mint into the mixture.
