Jicama and Melon Salad

This refreshing fruit salad is great with BBQ’s.

Ingredients

2 cups thin slivers jicama
2 cups cubed honeydew melon
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
3 tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves
1 teaspoon lime zest
2 teaspoons honey
