Liz’s Strawberry and Cucumber Salad

With its seasonal red and green, this salad is perfect for a summertime Christmas in Australia.

1 cucumber – peeled, seeded, and sliced
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
1 cup plain yogurt
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons minced fresh mint
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley

Directions
