Chewy, hearty, whole wheat bread for bread machines!

Original recipe makes 1 (1.5 pound) loaf

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup bread flour
1/3 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups water
4 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
