Ingredients
Non-stick cooking spray
1 (7.4 ounce) package honey bran muffin mix
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 (4.4 ounce) container Minute® Ready to Serve Multi-Grain Medley
2 tablespoons agave nectar
1 cup vanilla soy milk
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Coat muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, add muffin mix, dried cranberries, pecan pieces, and rice mix. Stir in agave and soy milk, mixing well. Spoon mixture into prepared tin.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or lightly browned.
