Peanut Butter Ice Cream Pie II

This is great if you are in a hurry or if you don’t want to use ice cream you can use frozen yogurt. Use chocolate or vanilla ice cream, whichever you prefer.

Original recipe makes 1 – 9 inch pie

Ingredients

1 quart chocolate ice cream, softened
1/2 (16 ounce) jar crunchy peanut butter
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix ice cream and peanut butter together. Pour into pie crust and freeze until ice cream is firm. Serve and enjoy!
