PHILLY Tortilla Roll-Ups

Need a make-ahead appetizer for your next get-together? Rolled up with chopped carrots and broccoli, these cream cheese tortilla roll-ups make perfect little appetizers – all in one awesome bite.

Original recipe makes 12 servings, 2 slices (26 g) each

Ingredients

1/2 cup PHILADELPHIA Light Cream Cheese Product
2 tablespoons KRAFT Calorie-Wise Rancher’s Choice Dressing
1 small carrot, finely chopped
1/3 cup broccoli florets, finely chopped
4 small whole wheat tortillas

Directions

  1. Mix cream cheese spread and dressing in medium bowl until blended. Stir in vegetables. Spread onto tortillas; roll up tightly.
  2. Wrap individually in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  3. Unwrap roll-ups; trim and discard ends. Cut each roll-up into 6 diagonal slices.
