Pina Colada Bread

A pina colada bread made in a bread machine.

Original recipe makes 1 – 1 1/2 pound loaf

Ingredients

2/3 cup crushed pineapple with juice
3 tablespoons rum
3/4 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
2 tablespoons margarine, softened
3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup flaked coconut, toasted
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 3/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in bread pan in order suggested by the manufacturer. Select sweet or quick bread baking cycle
