Provolone Onion Dip

Onion and provolone melted together in a savory dip. Serve with mini pumpernickel bread slices.

2 cups chopped Vidalia onion
1 cup mayonnaise
2 cups shredded provolone cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
