Randy’s Easy Jalapeno Cheese Ball

Delicious and easy to make spicy cheese balls that will wow your friends and get you invited back to any party!

Original recipe makes 20 servings

Ingredients

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (16 ounce) jar sliced jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
3 1/2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
2 1/4 cups finely chopped walnuts, divided

Directions

  1. Combine cream cheese, jalapeno peppers, Cheddar cheese, and 1/4 cup walnuts in a bowl; mix well. Divide cheese mixture in half and shape into balls or logs.
  2. Roll balls in remaining 2 cups walnuts until well coated. Cover and refrigerate cheese balls until firm, 3 hours to overnight.
