Let your palate fly away on wings of fire – easy, spicy buffalo wings!
These wings are always a hit! I grill them up before a party and keep them hot in a low oven. I always use Frank’s RedHot® sauce. It’s got lots of flavor and isn’t too spicy.
This is a recipe for stuffed jalapenos I had at a baby shower in Texas. I loved them and have made them for every party since. They are always anxiously requested, a HIT AT EVERY PARTY!!!! Use toothpicks to secure the bacon around the stuffed jalapenos. Be sure to use a pan that won’t let the bacon drip all over the oven while cooking!
Sharp Cheddar cheese is the rich, delicious filling for these spicy favorites! They are baked rather than deep fried. You’ll want to pop them down one after another!
Chicken Flautas is a Mexican dish. If desired serve with sour cream, picante sauce and/or Spanish rice.
Jalapeno pepper halves are stuffed with cheese and sausage. You will love this spicy appetizer treat!
This tastes just like hot chicken wings, but without the mess. It is very addicting, and is perfect for football and tailgating season. Serve with tortilla chips. I take this whenever I have to bring a dish and am always asked for the recipe.
What a great way to have chicken. Had these boneless wings a while back at a pub and fell in love with the taste. A nice change from your regular chicken wings. Serve with blue cheese dressing for dipping.
Great crab cakes with lots of flavor and spice. Serve with homemade aioli and a crisp white wine!
This is a recipe I made by taking the best of three or four popper recipes and combining them to make something that tastes wonderful. A frequent request at my house, and at others. I usually make 100 and put them in the fridge. They don’t last long. Adjust the amount of bacon bits and type of shredded cheese to taste. Increase the recipe as necessary! Lots of tests helps to best figure out the way you like it. Be sure to wear rubber gloves while seeding the jalapenos — they will burn.
These easy to make hot wings are crispy without being fried. Always yummy to snack on. They only take 10 minutes for prep, but need to be refrigerated for about an hour so the flour coating is firm. You can add more cayenne or use a higher hot sauce to butter ratio if you like them spicier! Enjoy.
These aren’t traditional egg rolls! Small flour tortillas are stuffed with an exciting blend of Southwestern-style ingredients, then deep fried until golden brown.
This is similar to the hot wings recipe served at a popular restaurant chain. If you have ever had them, you have to love them.
This tangy, creamy dip tastes just like Buffalo chicken wings. It’s best served hot with crackers and celery sticks. Everyone loves the results!
