This is an easy appetizer to serve at any gathering. I like to put a dot of sweet hot mustard on each bite after they are cooked, but it might be better to just offer the extra mustard for those who want it. Place a toothpick in each bite to serve.
Wraps and Rolls
Turkey Roll Sushi
Easy wrap recipe. Great for snacks. Customize until your heart’s content. This recipe is forgiving. I eyeballed everything until it was how I wanted it, so these measurements aren’t exact. Can’t wait to hear what modifications everyone comes up with.
Mango Spring Roll
This refreshing appetizer will provide an unusually sweet note to the beginning of your meal. It can also be served as a fun dessert!
Chicken Caesar Spring Rolls
There are certain magical food products that are just too good to be true. Rice paper, or spring roll skins, is one of them. These are very easy to make once you get the hang of how long to soak the paper.
Asparagus Beef Bundles
Great alternative to normal appetizer party fare. Easy to prepare. Can be made the day before and refrigerated until ready to serve.
Sausage Bread Ring
A super-easy appetizer or snack to prepare that you can’t stop eating! So scrumptious!
Mini Cucumber Sushi Rolls
Thin cucumber slices are rolled around shredded carrot, cream cheese, and raisins for a little sushi-shaped finger food that’s tied with a fresh chive.
Ranch Ham Roll-Ups
Pretty pinwheel appetizers are layered with ham, avocado, and green pepper. Use a jalapeno pepper if you like a little spice.
Jan’s Simple and Tasty Egg Rolls
Super quick and delicious egg rolls! Great as an appetizer, side dish, or after school snack. Be creative with the filling by adding other things such as crabmeat in place of the shrimp. Who needs take out when you can make egg rolls yourself?
Prosciutto-Wrapped Scallops
What makes these scallops special is that they are coated in a tomato olive mix before being wrapped in prosciutto and baked.
Sweet and Savory Bacon Wraps
An old co-worker of mine would bring these to every potluck we had in the office. I could have taken the entire plate to my office for myself! When I left my place of employment, I hunted her down for the recipe. Enjoy!
Jen’s Mini Ham and Cheese Rolls
This is my friend Jennifer’s recipe that she uses a lot for any function that requires food. Everyone loves these so much that I asked for the recipe. The key to making these taste so good is to cook them so the cheese melts but the rolls do not get toasted. These are also good using roast beef and Havarti cheese.
Candy Wraps
This is a splendid recipe that is extremely tasty! You don’t really cook anything, so it is good for kids to make, but it is better if it can chill for about three and a half hours so the marmalade and syrup can seep into the tortilla so you get a sweeter and gooier product. This simple recipe is tantalizingly gooey and sweet, so it can be used as a snack, part of a meal, or a dessert!
Stuffed Cabbage/Golabki
Pork, onion, rice and seasonings are tucked inside these bundles of cabbage simmered in a mushroom broth. Then they are topped with a tomatoey sauce. These are especially delicious served with potatoes.
Turkey Wrap by Avocados From Mexico
Cream cheese, bell pepper strips, turkey, lettuce and chunks of avocado are rolled into tortillas spread with cream cheese then sliced into delicious bite-size pieces.
Chef John’s Chicken Lettuce Wraps
When I visit my mom we usually make it to P.F. Chang’s® at least once and always start the meal with their very popular chicken lettuce wraps. They do a good job with most of the dishes I’ve had, but the wraps are clearly my favorite. I don’t do a lot of copycat recipes; these chicken lettuce wraps, however, are a delicious exception.
