Spinach Dip I

          

This is a great recipe for cold spinach dip. Serve it with vegetables, crackers or bread.

Original recipe makes 2 cups

Ingredients

1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 (.4 ounce) packet dry vegetable soup mix

Directions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl combine spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise and vegetable soup mix. Mix well. Refrigerate it for 4 hours. Stir before serving.
