Back in the ’70s, these were popular in our health food store. When I couldn’t find them anymore, I had to make my own.

Original recipe makes 24 balls

Ingredients

2 cups roasted unsalted cashews, ground
1/4 cup finely chopped dates
1/4 cup finely chopped raisins
1/4 cup honey

Directions

  1. Mix cashews, dates, raisins, and honey together in a bowl; form into balls, about 1 tablespoon per ball.
