Toffee Brickle Cookies

A delicious cookie that is soft and melts in your mouth. Easy to prepare with few ingredients needed. Everyone’s favorite! Sure to please!

Original recipe makes 42 cookies

Ingredients

2 large eggs
1/2 cup margarine, softened
1 (15.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 (6 ounce) package toffee baking bits
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 tablespoon water

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Beat eggs and margarine together in a bowl until smooth. Add cake mix, toffee bits, pecans, and water; stir until batter is blended. Drop tablespoonfuls of batter onto a large baking sheet.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, 15 to 17 minutes. Allow cookies to cool for 5 minutes before removing from baking sheet.
