Tropical Cooler Smoothie

This recipe is great for the summer. Not to mention it tastes delicious.

Ingredients

1 cup orange juice
2 cups pineapple chunks, drained
1 banana, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup skim milk
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup crushed ice

  1. In a blender combine orange juice, pineapple chunks, milk, honey and crushed ice. Blend until smooth.
