This has been our family’s favorite guacamole for over thirty years. It’s a little weird, but trust me. You’ll love it!
Original recipe makes 20 servings
1 Hass avocado, mashed
1 tablespoon mayonnaise (such as Hellman’s®), or more to taste
freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 dash hot pepper sauce, or to taste
- Mix avocado and mayonnaise in a serving dish until smooth; season with black pepper and hot pepper sauce.
