Ingredients
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
1 bunch cilantro, stems cut off and leaves chopped
1 jalapeno, minced
1 lime, juiced
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
4 Avocados from Mexico, cubed
Directions
- Mix diced onion, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice and garlic. Add tomatoes and mix. Gently fold in avocados. Serve with fresh veggies or tortilla chips.
