This cake is very moist, and easy to make. All who have tried it thinks it’s a hit. It reminds me of a banana cake with a touch of pineapple and cinnamon. Serves 24.

Thanks to my friend Elayne, the Soulful Yenta, to whom I gave a copy, I was able to find this on Mother’s Day. It’s a great simple pound cake, good with tea.
Mocha Bundt Cake
An exceptionally rich and moist chocolate cake with coffee liqueur baked in. A wonderful special dessert. A non-alcoholic version can be made by replacing the liqueur with 3/4 cup chocolate syrup mixed with 1/4 cup warm water. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
