Ginger Cabbage Patch Smoothie
Fresh ginger root is a must in this delicious, filling, and good-for-you smoothie! You do not taste the cabbage because the ginger’s pleasant bite dominates. If you love the flavor of fresh ginger and love smoothies that are not overly sweet this blend of ingredients is ideal. Any of the ingredients can be reduced or increased to taste. Adjust with additional water if needed.
Winter Refresher Green Smoothie
A bright and fresh green smoothie sure to blast away the winter blues! Serve over ice.

Bittersweet Raspberry and Parsley Smoothie
This smoothie is great for in the morning. The mango and raspberries balance out the bitterness of the grapefruit and kick-start your taste buds. Pumpkin seeds add protein to fuel your day, while parsley is great for detoxing your liver. You can substitute kale for the spinach.
Pink Flamingo Yogurt Smoothie
The name says it all: slightly tropical with a combination of sweet strawberries and luscious mango. The result is as pink as a flamingo. It is a great way to start the day or delicious as a afternoon snack.

This luscious fruit smoothie is chock full of berries but has a definite spicy kick with the added fresh ginger. Very invigorating after a nice yoga workout!

This highly nutritious smoothie is loaded with minerals and vitamins from apples, pears, grapes, and berries. The fresh ginger gives this tasty beverage a spicy kick that is out of this world! Add more or less water, according to preference for desired texture. You can use a pear instead of the apple, and sparkling water instead of still water.
