Lexi’s Protein-Packed Smoothie

This smoothie is so delicious you won’t even think about how good it is for you. Don’t be frightened by the tofu. If it wasn’t listed here, you wouldn’t even know it was in there! You can use a sugar substitute (such as Splenda®) instead of sugar, if desired.

Original recipe makes 2 servings

Ingredients

1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 cup strawberries
1/4 (16 ounce) package silken tofu
1 banana, cut into chunks
1/4 cup milk, or to taste
1 tablespoon white sugar, or to taste

Directions

  1. Blend yogurt, strawberries, tofu, banana, milk, and sugar together in a blender until desired consistency is reached.
