Breakfast or snack food that I use in my classroom as our first lesson. This cake will take a different appearance each time it is made…sometimes flat, sometimes CRAZY!
Original recipe makes 4 to 6 servings
Ingredients
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons butter

Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, stir together flour, milk and eggs; stir until smooth.
- Drop butter into a 9×13 inch baking pan. Place the pan into preheated oven until butter has melted. Pour batter into pan. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until batter has set.
