Extra Simple BBQ Banana

Whole bananas are grilled, skin and all, for a great vanilla ice cream topping. Too simple, even a kid can do this!

Original recipe makes 4 servings


2 bananas
4 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint

  1. Place whole, unpeeled bananas on grill, turning occasionally until the peel is blackened. Remove stems and skin.
  2. Slice bananas, and serve over vanilla ice cream with mint garnish.
