Whole bananas are grilled, skin and all, for a great vanilla ice cream topping. Too simple, even a kid can do this!

4 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint

Directions
- Place whole, unpeeled bananas on grill, turning occasionally until the peel is blackened. Remove stems and skin.
- Slice bananas, and serve over vanilla ice cream with mint garnish.
