This bread is made with spelt flour. Spelt and lecithin can be purchased at health food stores.
Original recipe makes 1 -1 1/2 pound loaf
Ingredients
1 cup water
1 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 1/2 teaspoons honey
1/2 teaspoon lecithin
3 cups white spelt flour
3 tablespoons dry milk powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Directions
- Place ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer. Bake on normal or basic cycle.
