This is super easy and very tasty. You can make more or less; I usually feed my family of 4. My husband who doesn’t like chicken says he would eat this every night without complaint.
Original recipe makes 4 servings
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed low fat cream of chicken and herbs soup
1 (4 ounce) can mushroom pieces, drained
1/2 red onion, chopped
1 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves – cut into strips
1 dash Marsala wine
3 hrs 15 mins
- Combine soup, mushroom pieces, onion, chicken, and wine in slow cooker.
- Cook on Low setting for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
