Candy-Coated Milk Chocolate Pieces Cookies II

A favorite of kids and adults.

Original recipe makes 2 dozen

Ingredients

3/4 cup butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups candy-coated milk chocolate pieces

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Cream together butter or margarine, brown sugar, vanilla, and sugar until fluffy. Add 2 beaten eggs.
  3. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Add to cream mixture. Stir in candies.
  4. Drop by teaspoon on baking sheets about 2 inches apart. Bake for 8 – 10 minutes.
