Chunky Paleo Guacamole

The recipe title pretty much sums it up! Very delicious!

Original recipe makes 6 servings

Ingredients

2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
1 lime, juiced
1 jalapeno pepper, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 small onion, minced
1 Roma tomato, seeded and diced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Place avocados in a bowl. Squeeze lime juice on top and roughly smash with a fork until thoroughly mashed. Add jalapeno pepper, garlic, onion, tomato, cilantro, salt, and pepper; gently combine with a fork.
