Coconut Cream Pops

Ingredients

1 (12 fluid ounce) can fat-free evaporated milk
1 (13.5 ounce) can light coconut milk
1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
2 teaspoons coconut extract
ground cinnamon to taste

Directions

  1. Whisk together the evaporated milk, coconut milk, confectioners’ sugar, coconut extract, and ground cinnamon. Pour into freezer pop molds, and freeze until solid.
