This was made up by me with some simple ingredients in our kitchen one day. We love it! Delicious mouthful of sweet, juicy, creamy, and crunchy. Enjoy!

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups mascarpone cheese
32 crackers (such as Carr’s® Table Water®)
4 pears, peeled and sliced
32 dates, pitted and sliced
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon

Directions
- Spread 1 tablespoon mascarpone cheese onto each cracker; top with 1 pear slice and 1 date. Sprinkle each hors d’oeuvre with a pinch of tarragon.
