Pear and Date Hors d’Oeuvre

This was made up by me with some simple ingredients in our kitchen one day. We love it! Delicious mouthful of sweet, juicy, creamy, and crunchy. Enjoy!

Original recipe makes 8 servings


1 1/2 cups mascarpone cheese
32 crackers (such as Carr’s® Table Water®)
4 pears, peeled and sliced
32 dates, pitted and sliced
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon

  1. Spread 1 tablespoon mascarpone cheese onto each cracker; top with 1 pear slice and 1 date. Sprinkle each hors d’oeuvre with a pinch of tarragon.
