Artichoke and Egg Spread

Eat with crackers. Friends will think you are good at exotic cooking with this mix of curry powder.

1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 teaspoon curry powder, or to taste
salt and ground black pepper to taste
