Shrimp Dip III

This is great for picnics, outings or simply to enjoy at home. Easy and fantastic! You may adjust the amount of mayonnaise and hot sauce to suit your taste.

Original recipe makes 8 servings

Ingredients

1 pound cooked shrimp, finely chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 small onion, minced
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Directions

  1. In a large bowl combine the shrimp, mayonnaise, onion, cheese and hot pepper sauce. Mix all together and serve.
