A party favorite especially for those that like the heat. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
Original recipe makes 1 9×13-inch baking dish
2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/2 cup sour cream
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
10 slices canned jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Mix together the Italian cheese blend, artichoke hearts, spinach, sour cream, cream cheese, jalapeno pepper, garlic, and crushed red pepper in a bowl until well blended.
- Spread the dip into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese has melted and is bubbly, 20 to 25 minutes. Serve warm.
