Potato Bread IV

You can save the liquid from cooking potatoes to replace the water in this recipe for added flavor.

Original recipe makes 1 – 1 1/2 pound loaf

Ingredients

1 1/8 cups water
3 cups bread flour
1/2 cup dry potato flakes
1 1/2 tablespoons instant powdered milk
1 1/2 tablespoons white sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 tablespoons margarine
2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Directions

  1. Place ingredients into the pan of the bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Select the Basic or White Bread setting. Start.
