This is a fantastic cheese ball recipe that you can add to, and make different for any occasion! You can change this recipe by withholding the meat and adding any of the following: green olives, pimentos, chopped onion, taco seasoning, seasoned salt, parsley or fresh crab. Try adding whatever you desire. Just always start with cream cheese and Cheddar cheese, and away you go! Have fun!

Sun-Dried Tomato Goat Cheese Spread
Tangy young goat cheese is the base for this savory spread. Combined with sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and fresh parsley. This simple spread is excellent served with a sliced baguette and a glass of red wine.
Curry Cheese Ball
This is a very easy and deliciously different cheese ball; your guests will love it! The curry and cream cheese are rich and tasty. This is best served on a hearty wheat cracker.
Cheese Ball III
This cheese ball is one our family has had and used for 20 years. We love it. It’s simple, and most of the ingredients are kept on hand. Roll it in nuts or parsley, if desired. Serve with an assortment of crackers.

Salmon lovers and those who like non-traditional cheese balls will enjoy this nice appetizer. Chopped nuts may be used for rolling instead of parsley.
Buttermilk Ranch Cheeseball
This is the quickest and easiest appetizer I know of. It takes only minutes to make and can be served almost immediately. You can keep the ingredients on hand for months. Serve with buttery crackers.
Ruth’s Roquefort Cheese Ball
A decadent cheese ball made with blue cheese, onion and spices. Adjust the amount of heat to suit your guests. This is perfect if you are a blue cheese lover!
Creamy Goat Cheese and Honey
Creamy goat cheese is lightly dusted with pecans, honey, and rosemary. These are so delicious, light, and refreshing, they could be served as appetizers or an interesting dessert. They are always a hit! Spread them on your favorite crostini, bagel chips, or melba toasts.
Tammy’s Tempting Cheese Ball
I came up with this recipe years ago and usually make it around Thanksgiving and Christmas, either for get-togethers or for gifts.
Thanksgiving Cheese Ball
Similar to other cheese ball recipes, yet different! Our family has this every year as a prelude to Thanksgiving dinner, along with a relish tray, to use up those last few minutes while the turkey’s browning. Double it and freeze one for New Year’s! Serve with an array of crackers.
Cheese Ring
This zesty cheese ring can be also made as a log. The jelly may seem strange, but it is what makes this appetizer delicious.
Sausage Cheese Balls
These sausage balls were a hit at our Christmas party this year. I accidentaly used low-fat cheese in the recipe and couldn’t tell the difference. No frying necessary, they bake beautifully.
April’s Roasted Red Pepper Cheese Ball
A delicious combination of cheeses highlighted by the sweet and spicy flavor of roasted red pepper. I promise you’ll love it! Roll in chopped nuts if you do not prefer parsley.

Only five ingredients combine to make an unforgettable classic cheese ball with the distinctive flavor of blue cheese.
Spinach Cheese Ball
This recipe is a take off of the popular spinach dip, however in a different form. This is a great addition to your holiday open house table.
Aunt Phyllis’ Magnificent Cheese Ball
This recipe is fantastic! Every time I take it somewhere, people ask me for the recipe. For the cheese sprinkle, you can use 1/2 of an envelope of dry cheese mix from a macaroni and cheese boxed mix, if you’d like!
