El Rancho Beer Dip

This is a good dip that I make for food days at work or for tailgate parties and family get-togethers. Super easy and great with pretzels!

Original recipe makes 4 cups


2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
3/4 cup beer
1 (1 ounce) package dry Ranch-style dressing mix

  1. Place the softened cream cheese, sour cream, beer, and Ranch dressing mix in a blender. Blend until well mixed for 2 to 3 minutes, scraping down the sides of the container as needed. Pour into a bowl and cover. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
