Warm Artichoke and Crab Dip

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 (8 ounce) package imitation crabmeat, chopped
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, and onion in a bowl using a hand mixer. Gently fold artichoke hearts and imitation crab, Monterey Jack cheese, and Parmesan cheese into the cream cheese mixture; spread into a pie plate.
  3. Bake in preheated oven until browned and bubbling on top, 15 to 20 minutes.
