Being my creative self, I made this for an office party years ago. It turned out so great that when I moved from Austin, one of my co-workers emailed me for the recipes so she could still make it for the group! Serve with corn chips, potato chips or even butter crackers.
Original recipe makes 2 1/2 cups dip
Ingredients
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
18 green onions, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced

Directions
- Combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a blender; puree until smooth. Sprinkle in the ranch dressing mix, green onions, and optional jalapeno; puree until well combined. For best results, refrigerate overnight before serving.
