My best friend shared this recipe with me, and we are SO SICK of making it — but it’s always requested at our parties! We have made the pretzel in various shapes, depending on the occasion (e.g., hearts, sorority letters, etc.). The pretzel may be partially baked ahead of time and frozen. The dip may also be prepared in advance.
Hot Cheese Dips
Best Football Dip Ever
This dip is made for 3 to 6 men, sitting together on a Sunday, enjoying football and eating every manly thing possible. Of course, my girlfriend and her friends love it too — but this stuff doesn’t last long. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips and enjoy!
Bread Pot Fondue
This is a yummy appetizer. Creamy, cheesy and spicy – a variety of flavors are blended throughout. A real treat for your palate. Easy to put together, and well worth the time in the oven. You can bake the scooped out pieces of bread and use them for dipping. I usually buy an extra loaf of bread, just for dipping.
Chutney Baked Brie
This round wheel of Brie is dusted with curry powder, then spread with a mango chutney, studded with chopped cashews, and baked until the cheese inside the rind is melted. The sweet/savory combination is creamy and delicious.
Chili Cheese Dip V
A delicious, quick and easy dip that will disappear as soon as it’s ready! My children love this one!
Baked Onion Dip II
This dip is fast, easy and delicious! Whenever there’s a potluck, I’m always asked, "Are you bringing the dip?" I can’t go anywhere without it! Try experimenting with different types of cheese. Serve with assorted crackers.
Mexican White Cheese Dip/Sauce
This dip is similar to white cheese sauces served in many Mexican restaurants. The amount of heat can be adjusted by adding your favorite chili pepper or crushed cayenne pepper to taste. As is, it is kid-friendly, quick, and delicious! It can be used as a dip for tortilla chips or a sauce for many Mexican dishes.
Mississippi Six
We’re not sure how this spicy cheese-filled bread bowl recipe got its name, but we are sure it’s a great way to keep your guests happy.
Beefy Cheese Dip
This dip is wonderful. I put it in a slow cooker after it’s done to keep it warm. Serve this with tortilla chips.
Spicy South of the Border Spinach Cheese Dip
Good ‘n’ spicy. Not your typical spinach dip recipe. No artichokes, here! Serve this tasty treat with tortilla chips.
White Pizza Dip
This is a delicious garlic dip. Mix your favorite pizza toppings into the mixture before baking, to add extra flavor.
Jeff’s Chili Con Queso
This is an awesome cheese and chili dip for chips or French bread that everyone will love! Great for parties!
Double Chili Cheese Dip
This is an easy appetizer that you can make at the last minute. I never have any leftovers. Serve with tortilla chips.
Dog Food Dip
This dip recipe was given to me by a co-worker some 15 or more years ago. She made it for potlucks at work, and it was always gone from the nurse’s station before the rest of the food was put out! It’s a simple mixture of beef and cheese, but it should always be made a day in advance to allow the flavors to blend. Serve with your favorite corn chips.
Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Dip
This hot dip is perfect for a tailgate party or anytime! Shredded chicken, cream cheese, hot sauce and lots of melted cheese create a wonderful buffalo wing flavor on a chip or with veggie sticks.
Blue Cheese Chicken Wing Dip
This is an absolutely addicting wing dip recipe. I have had countless requests for the recipe. The whole is greater than the sum of the its parts.
